Vitamins!Dear got me a Big Bottle of Vitamins C so that can build up my already v fit immune system to prevent all the sinus and sickness from me. (nowadays mc v hard to get..haha)

So i google it...But it say tat its normal..Coz ur body have takin in all the vit it needs..thats y it is expelling out the excess
In another word, dun eat too much vitamins...eat so much oso no use...in the end u are peeing expensive urine. Mayb u can save ur urine and drink it.....Dun waste ma...Economy not GOod....
